Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the US including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, along with international shipping to Canada. More countries will be added soon.
How much is shipping?
We have a flat rate of $9.99. All orders over $40, shipping is free (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international shipping. Those fees will be presented to you in checkout).
How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
Depending on demand, processing could take anywhere from 1 – 3 business days to ship. Please allow 3 – 7 business days for delivery once your order ships; however, this will vary depending on the carrier and destination. You will receive a tracking number letting you know how your order shipped and when it will arrive.
How do orders ship?
Smile Shop domestic orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express, and UPS. Our international orders are shipped Worldwide Economy DDP (Duties and Taxes paid).
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
What if my tracking information says my order was delivered, however, I did not receive it?
Scrub Daddy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when delivery to the shipping address that was provided has been confirmed.
